The cottage is reached by a rough track which is suitable for all cars and vehicles. Otter Cottage is set in 5 acres of private ground. Fantastic coastal walks surround the cottage, and there is great sea and trout fishing in the local lochs. Its unrivalled position makes it a peaceful haven where you can relax, unwind and take in the natural beauty of the Isle of Jura. Originally a croft house it has been refurbished and modernised to include the convenience and comforts of home, while watching the red deer, seals and otters from the doorstep. It is a wonderful escape for those wanting to get away from it all. The cottage is situated on its own only 30 metres from the sea with spectacular views over the Sound of Jura to mainland Scotland. Otter Cottage is one of four cottages in the unspolit Lussagiven Bay, 16 miles north of Craighouse (45 minutes drive).
